Duties

What You'll Be Rockin’ Daily (a.k.a. Job Duties):

Create a warm, loving, and responsive environment where infants feel safe, seen, and celebrated — even during diaper changes. Plan and implement age-appropriate, sensory-rich experiences that support early learning, physical development, and curiosity (yes, drooling over pinecones counts). Follow each baby’s unique rhythm — feeding, sleeping, snuggling, and exploring — with patience and care. Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication, shared milestones, and open hearts. Observe and document each child’s development , because rolling over, babbling, and gripping that first stick? All big deals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized space that’s ready for crawling, climbing, and curious hands. T ake the learning outdoors — rain or shine — to help babies connect with nature from the very beginning. Collaborate with your teaching team to share ideas, swap stories, and support each other like the rockstars you are. Celebrate every milestone (and every mess!) like it’s magic — because it is.

Requirements

What we’re looking for: Someone who celebrates first steps and first words like it's the Super Bowl. A calm, loving presence that babies (and adults) feel safe with. A team player who’s down to explore mud kitchens and help build curriculum. Infant teaching experience is a plus, but big hearts go even further. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment- this is more than just baby snuggles (there are those too!) At least 18 years of Age Highschool Diploma or Higher
