In your role, you will:
Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs
Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners
Required Skills and Experience include:
Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
Meeting state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
Ability to assume postures for safety and engagement with children
Proficiency in English for communication with children and parents
Pay Range: $17.95 - $17.95/hour. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00/hour premium is provided for classroom hours, funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
