Our organization is offering a real-time mentorship and training program where selected candidates will deliver coaching sessions to schools under the direct guidance and leadership of our Educational Director and Coaching Director . This is a hands-on, paid opportunity designed to help you build your coaching skills while actively working with schools and teachers.
Position Overview:
This opportunity is designed for highly skilled and experienced teachers who are ready to elevate their careers but need structured mentorship and coaching training . Selected candidates will receive comprehensive support in developing instructional coaching techniques, curriculum content, and professional development strategies tailored to school needs.
Through this program, you will:
✔ Gain hands-on coaching experience by delivering real-time coaching sessions in schools.
✔ Receive ongoing training, mentorship, and feedback from our Educational Director and Coaching Director.
✔Assistance with developing high-quality content and deliverables for literacy, math, STEM, and writing instruction.
✔ Learn to design and lead engaging professional development workshops for teachers.
✔ Build the skills and confidence to become a recognized and respected instructional coach .
✔ Earn a competitive salary while training as a coach.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Education, Literacy, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
6+ years of classroom teaching experience in Math, ELA, Writing, Literacy, Phonemic Awareness, or STEM.
Experience in mentoring teachers , but limited or no formal coaching/professional development leadership.
A deep passion for improving instructional practices and supporting teacher growth.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Strong ability to develop engaging, research-based instructional materials .
Willingness to learn, grow, and transition into an instructional coaching role with real-time guidance and support.
