We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are seeking educators who are collaborative, dynamic, and committed to evidence-based practices. Ideal applicants will bring strong curriculum knowledge and demonstrate a deep understanding of explicit teaching and high-impact instructional strategies. At Clifton Park PS, we align our practice with the Teaching for Impact model and are developing a common lesson design to promote instructional clarity and consistency across all classrooms.
Suitable applicants should ideally: Have the ability to deliver high-quality literacy and numeracy programs, with a strong understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs.
Use assessment data to inform planning and teaching, including the use of tools such as Elastik, and provide timely, targeted feedback to students.
Promote a safe, inclusive and positive classroom environment, supported by our whole-school behaviour expectations and implementation of Classroom Management Strategies (CMS).
Show a commitment to working collaboratively and engaging in reflective practice and ongoing professional learning.
