We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will work alone as well as along side another teacher, to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This candidate will need to be EEC certified or will apply for the EEC certification, meeting all requirements from the Department of Early Ed. and Care. This candidate should have two years of preschool and or teaching experience. This position is from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday.

*Duties*

* Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. * Maintain a clean, organized classroom space conducive to learning. * Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.

*Requirements*

* Experience working with children in a preschool. * Strong skills in behavior management and child welfare practices. * Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to various learning styles. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues * Early childhood educators are preferred. * Strong Start essential 2.0 training

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
