We're hiring a  full-time W-2 PreK-3rd Grade Teacher  to provide  K–12 school-based services  for the  2025–2026 school year . Whether you're an experienced  PreK-3rd Grade Teacher  or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

Caseload:  Multiple caseloads available (K–12)

Schedule:  Monday – Friday

Hours:  37.5 – 40 hours/week

Dates:  August 13, 2025 – May 21, 2026

Location:  Onsite in Ohio

Responsibilities

Teach foundational skills aligned with Ohio early learning standards

Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for PreK–3rd grade

Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

Assess student progress and maintain accurate records

Support school events and classroom activities

Collaborate with staff and communicate regularly with families

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field

Valid Ohio teaching license for PreK–3rd grade

Strong classroom management and instructional skills

Ability to engage young learners with diverse needs and backgrounds

Passion for early childhood education and student-centered teaching
