Seeking qualified educators specialized in Deaf/Hard of Hearing and Visual Impairments to join a K-12 school on a contracted, continuing school year basis in Fowler, CO. This role supports students with hearing and visual challenges by delivering tailored instruction that promotes academic achievement and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or visually impaired. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to create an inclusive learning environment. Utilize assistive technologies and specialized teaching methods to meet student needs. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student evaluations. Qualifications: Certification in Teaching Students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing or Teaching Students who are Visually Impaired. Experience working with K-12 students with sensory impairments.
