Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding visual impairment and its impact on learning. Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP documentation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Special Education, preferably with a focus on visual impairments. Valid teaching certification in visual impairment or willingness to obtain one. Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational strategies for students with visual impairments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families. Experience in K-12 education settings is preferred.
