At Georgia’s Next Generation, we believe that the toddler years are full of growth, giggles, and genuine discovery. We’re looking for a nurturing, energetic, and creative teacher to guide our two-year-olds as they explore the world with wide eyes, curious hearts, and unstoppable enthusiasm.

Why the Twos?
Because two-year-olds are full of magic and momentum. They are learning new words, testing new skills, and becoming their own little people. In this classroom, you’ll witness the joy of first friendships, the pride of “I did it!”, and the excitement of every small discovery. It’s a stage full of possibility, and we’re looking for a teacher who sees that too.

Duties

What You'll Do:

• Plan and implement a developmentally rich, play-based curriculum
• Create an environment where children feel safe, seen, and celebrated
• Collaborate with your co-teacher to support each child’s growth and development
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families
• Embrace outdoor learning and help little ones connect with the natural world

Requirements

Who You Are:

• An intentional educator, not a babysitter
• You have at least 2 years of experience in early childhood settings
• You’ve completed some ECE credits or coursework (or are working on it!)
• You bring patience, playfulness, and purpose to your work
• You love being part of a collaborative team
• You thrive in nature-rich, child-led learning environments
• You’re ready to create a classroom full of connection, creativity, and calm routines

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a childcare setting
• Experience with Nature-Based Based Teaching
