Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized instructional support to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students spanning grades K-12. Develop and implement individualized educational plans tailored to students' unique communication needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success. Travel between multiple school sites as required to deliver services in an itinerant format. Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with reporting requirements. Qualifications: Valid New Mexico Public Education Department (NM PED) license with endorsement in Deaf Education, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start of employment. Experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in K-12 educational settings. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
