Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing across K-12 grade levels. Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet individual communication and learning needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support. Utilize assistive technology and other resources to enhance student learning and accessibility. Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting outcomes. Participate in meetings and professional development focused on deaf education best practices. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid teaching credential with certification or endorsement in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education. Experience working with Deaf or Hard of Hearing students in a K-12 setting.
