Key Qualifications:
Experience teaching students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Knowledge of language development, communication strategies, and specialized instructional methods for DHH learners
Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively
Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
Certification or licensure relevant to teaching DHH students preferred
