Ensure security and confidentiality of physical and informational resources. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in teamwork. Follow diocesan and school policies, supporting the spiritual, pastoral, and educational mission. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with academic and religious curricula. Participate in religious and service activities to strengthen the school's faith community. Communicate effectively about academic and religious content; organize learning materials to motivate students. Establish classroom management practices that promote self-direction and positive behavior. Engage in ongoing professional development. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Practicing Catholic preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Maintain Florida Professional Educator certification and obtain Diocesan Ministry Certification within two years. Respect and promote the teachings of the Roman Catholic faith. Valid driver’s license and pass background checks and PGC workshop. Proficient in educational technology and adaptable in teaching strategies. Positive, respectful, and caring demeanor. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Skills: Strong reading, writing, and interpretative skills. Basic mathematical and reasoning abilities. Physical ability to perform job duties with reasonable accommodations. Ability to work in a moderate noise environment and adapt to varying conditions.
