Key Responsibilities: Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique learning needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive classroom experiences. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to promote academic and social growth. Provide specialized instruction and support to students with a range of disabilities across K-12 grade levels. Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations and policies. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special Education teaching certification for K-12. Experience working with diverse learners in a school setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and educators. Knowledge of individualized education plans, accommodations, and behavioral interventions.
