*JOB DESCRIPTION*
Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. Take direction from a K-12 Public School Classroom Teacher to help elementary, middle, or high school students with disabilities during the day. These disabilities can include autism, behavioral issues, and learning impairments. All current openings are at K-12 public schools from Laguna Niguel to San Clemente. Do whatever the Classroom Teacher or Administrative Staff needs, such as assisting students one-on-one and working with small and large groups of students. Expected to help in multiple ways, including classroom organization, classroom management, student assistance, and completing any tasks asked of teachers and the administrative staff. Willing to change between school sites and positions based on the needs of the district and schools. Flexibility within the roles and range of students is appreciated and preferred.
*WORK SCHEDULE OPTIONS* _All current openings are at K-12 public and charter schools from San Clemente to Mission Viejo._ Monday to Friday 3 to 5 days per week Full Availability: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Or choose to start between 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Or choose to end between 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
*EXPERIENCE* Must genuinely enjoy working with children and have experience supporting children with disabilities Classroom experience is highly recommended and strongly valued!

*REQUIREMENTS* 18 years old or older Speak English Experience working or volunteering with children. Being bilingual in any language is also a huge plus! Have a current driver's license and your own vehicle (car) to drive to assigned school(s) Fully available Monday through Friday staff who live more than 15 miles from their home to assigned school(s), are paid $5 if driving 15 to 20 miles one way and $10 if driving more than 20 miles one way to their assigned school(s). Pass live scan fingerprints through the Department of Justice (DOJ) Work assigned schedule or any modifications
