CMCA Qualifications for the Teacher Aide Registered Apprentice Program:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Physically capable of performing the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.
Requirements to Complete an Apprenticeship:
Complete on-the-job training - 3,000 hours
Complete related instructions courses, training, etc - 288 hours
Obtain a Child Development Associate credential (CDA) or Certificate in Early Childhood Development
