You will create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students can continue to explore, learn, and have fun.* Warm and welcoming company culture* TONS of professional development and training from Day 1 to 100 and beyond* Salary increases after 1st year* No weekends and no nights, and major holidays off* Voted as a Gallup *BEST place to work 7 years in a row!**Responsibilities:** Supervise and support students in completing homework assignments.* Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational activities and games.* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.* Encourage and assist students in developing essential study skills.* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress.* Maintain a clean and organized classroom.*Qualifications:** 240hrs working in a school-age classroom* A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.* Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare with large enrollments is preferred.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.* Basic knowledge of child development and educational best practices.* Ability to pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements.*Schedule:** Part-time position, from 2:00-6:00 pm with an early release day running from 1:00-6:00 pm.
