Qualifications: Substitute Teachers: Age 18+ (Over 21 preferred) Substitute Teachers: High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred) Substitute Teachers with previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching are highly desirable. Substitute Teachers need strong communication and classroom management skills. Substitute Teachers need the ability to adapt easily to different educational settings and grade levels.
