North Spring Academy is looking for  dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers  to provide short-term classroom coverage and ensure continuity of instruction. Your Role as a Substitute Teacher Engage & Educate  – Deliver lessons according to the classroom teacher’s plans. Classroom Management  – Implement effective behavioral systems and trauma-informed care strategies. Student Support  – Provide accommodations for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaboration  – Work closely with paraprofessionals and school staff to create a structured, safe learning environment. Behavioral Support  – Potential cross-training as a  Mental Health Technician (MHT)  to provide additional student support. Crisis Management – Respond to situations and assist students in maintaining a positive learning environment.
