Perks & Compensation: Earn up to $130 for day-to-day assignments and more for long-term. While pay varies based on certification, school, and the assignment, we strive to pay some of the highest rates among substitute providers.

What We’re Looking For: Passion for education and putting students first

An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be

College credits, Associate’s Degree or a Bachelors Degree

Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor

State & federal background checks

You’ll Stand Out If You:

Have a teaching credential/certificate

Have previous experience in special education settings

Are bilingual and/or have bilingual teaching experience
