STEM/Robotics Teacher

Hanna Sacks Bais Yaakov - Hanna Sacks, a private all-girls high school on the far north side, is seeking candidates to fill an open STEM or Robotics position. The position is part time, around 5 hours per week, and takes place in the mornings, around 9:30 or 10 am Monday-Friday.
Hanna Sack’s secular studies teachers come from all backgrounds, and are not expected to have familiarity or experience with Judaism.
The ideal candidate has the following credentials and experience:
Teaching experience
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or a Bachelor's in another field and considerable experience with coding, design thinking, engineering cycles, robotics or another STEM-based specialty

Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards in STEM subjects.
Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and communication skills.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing individualized support and tutoring as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional design and curriculum development.
Utilize learning technology to facilitate interactive and innovative teaching methods.
Mentor students and support their academic growth, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of STEM concepts.
