Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fairfield, CA $65/hr | Full-Time | 2025-2026 School Year

Connected Health Care is partnering with a progressive school district in Fairfield, CA to recruit Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025-2026 academic year. Join our team and support students from PreK through Adult Transition programs in a collaborative school environment.

POSITION DETAILS Pay Rate: $65/hour + BONUS

Contract Dates: August 2025 - June 2026

Schedule: Full-time (school hours)

Caseload: Approximately 55 students

Settings: Elementary, middle, high school & transition programs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct speech/language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services (individual/group)

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports QUALIFICATIONS Master's in Speech-Language Pathology

CA SLP License (or in process)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows welcome)

Experience with school-based services and IEP processes WHY FAIRFIELD? Prime Location: 45 minutes to Sacramento, 1 hour to Napa Valley
