We're looking for dedicated individuals to fill essential support roles within a school setting. We will offer our highest-paying positions to candidates with behavioral support experience. Specifically, leveraging the implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) with students from Pre-K through high school. Having previous experience supporting students with special needs 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity. These specialized roles are often referred to as Behavioral Class Aides or Behavioral Technicians .
Our Providers will be assigned to cases in two primary capacities:
1:1 Student Support: In this role, you will be accompanying a single student to each of their classes. Providing essential educational and behavioral support throughout their day. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the student stays on task and is actively working towards their individual behavioral goals.
General Classroom Support: As a classroom aide, you'll be assigned to work closely with a teacher or within a specific classroom. Each day shift will be different, as you'll be supporting the teacher in whatever they need most. Often, assisting several students throughout the day.

Overview of Opportunity
Location: In-person roles within Bolingbrook and surrounding school districts.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm (Outside of school breaks)
Compensation: $20-$22, based on experience
Start Date: Anticipated start in August 2025 for the full 2025-2026 academic year
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing dedicated behavioral and educational support to children in a school setting.
Utilizing calm, clear, and concise communication with both students and adults.
Maintaining the physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Potentially needing to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds) to support student needs.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Required: A Paraprofessional Endorsement from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) .
Experience: Previous experience in childcare and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly valued.
Education: High School Diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred. Candidates with at least 48 college credits are strongly encouraged to apply! (Psychology degrees are particularly well-suited for these roles.)
Previous School Setting Experience: A significant plus.
