About Inspired Learners Academy:
Launching Fall 2025, Inspired Learners Academy is a new therapeutic day school created by the team behind Motivated Learners. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, structured, and individualized learning environment for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. We believe every student can thrive with the right support, and that starts with exceptional educators.

Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and licensed Special Education Teachers to join our founding team. In this role, youll create individualized learning experiences, collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and therapists, and foster an environment where students feel safe, supported, and inspired.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IEP-aligned instructional plans
  
  
• Support students in academic, social, and emotional growth
  
  
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and data collection
  
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including behavior analysts and therapists
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
  
  

Qualifications:

• Illinois PEL with LBS1 Endorsement (required)
  
  
• Experience in special education, therapeutic day schools, or behavioral settings preferred
  
  
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
  
  
• Passionate about supporting neurodiverse learners
