Position Details: Location: Appleton, WI Grade Levels: K-12 (Cross-Categorical) Pay Rate: $55/hour Benefits: Full benefits package included Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate openings available ?? Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and staff Provide specialized instruction and support for students with a range of learning, emotional, and physical disabilities Coordinate IEP implementation with general education staff Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed Support students in academic, behavioral, and life skills development Maintain accurate records and documentation Mentor and collaborate with teaching assistants Participate in school-wide initiatives and grade transitions ? Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred) Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license (required) Experience teaching special education (required) Certifications preferred: Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Teaching Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (as applicable) Must pass background check and drug screening Completion of required training programs Strong communication skills and understanding of confidentiality/HIPAA standards Must be at least 18 years of age ??
