Soliant Education is seeking dedicated and qualified Onsite Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 20252026 school year. These positions are available in behavior self-contained programs at both the elementary and middle school levels in the Adamstown, MD area. Compensation: $30$42 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Weekly pay Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Position Type: Full-time Onsite Contract position for the full school year Responsibilities: Provide instruction in a self-contained classroom setting for students with behavioral and emotional needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff Maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance with IEP goals Foster a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions Requirements: Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred) Valid Maryland Special Education Teaching Certification (or ability to obtain) Experience working in a behavior-focused or self-contained classroom preferred Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ready to Apply?
