Special Education Teacher Openings Curtis Bay, MD Area Company: Soliant Education Position: Special Education Teacher (K-12, Elementary/Middle School) Contract: 2025-2026 School Year Location: Onsite Curtis Bay, MD Area Pay Range: $34 - $44 per hour Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, weekly pay Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in K-12 settings Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students goals and abilities Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary Maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning Comply with all school district policies and state regulations related to special education services Requirements: Valid state teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in elementary and/or middle school settings Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and instructional strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in the Fort Meade, MD area Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering student growth Why Work with Soliant Education?
