This is a full-time, onsite position offering competitive hourly pay and full benefits. Caseloads Available: Elementary:
Special Education Resource
Specialized Self-Contained Classrooms (Autism, Functional Low-Incidence, Emotional/Behavioral)
Middle School:
Special Education Resource Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $33$43 (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs
Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families
Monitor and assess student progress
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements: Active Kansas Special Education Certification/License
Experience working with students in resource and/or self-contained settings preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to full onsite presence throughout the duration of the school year
