Soliant Education Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time onsite position in the Richmond, VA area. This is a contract opportunity for the 20252026 school year, with a manageable caseload and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field Valid Virginia teaching license with Special Education endorsement, (Conditional licenses accepted!)
