Community Based Transition Program. The location will be in Antioch and the licensure can be 144/145 or 461.

*Duties* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities. * Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support students with autism and other disabilities. * Mentor students, providing guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their academic goals. * Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. * Collaborate with special education staff and other educators to create inclusive educational experiences. * Design instructional materials that incorporate learning technology to enhance student engagement. * Teach physical education classes, promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among students. * Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. * Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support overall development.

*Requirements* * Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. * Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly in special education settings. * Proficiency in classroom management techniques and mentoring practices. * Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning technology applications. * Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
