American Traveler is seeking a Special Education Teacher experienced in providing resource support for elementary K-5 students.

Responsibilities

• Work in an elementary school setting within a Resource Support Program (RSP) • Serve K-5 student population in a public school district • Standard school schedule with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM • Provide individualized and group instruction to support students with special needs • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to implement IEPs • Adhere to school district policies and practices

Requirements

• Relevant Special Education teaching certification or credentials required • Experience working with K-5 elementary students in a special education or resource support environment preferred • License required if applicable
