Responsible for providing academic, emotional and physical services to students who need support  to thrive within the academic program. Able to implement curriculum to meet standards, develop IEPs, support classroom assistants, collaborate with fellow teachers. Monday-Friday. School hours. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Hold PEL as a LBS1. Prefer 1-2 yrs experience. Experience working collaboratively in a student-centered environment. 1-2 years’ experience a plus. May consider a new graduate.. Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.
Work Hours:
Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the building’s hours.
Salary and Benefits:
$43/hr for new grad; other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay. Full time employees eligible for: Medical, dental, vision, Long/short term disability, Life Insurance, 401k, Flexible and Child Care Spending Accounts. Paid Time off accrued. Virtual healthcare assistance available. Some benefits offered for part time employees. Up to $300 of continuing ed/materials fund available for full time employees.
