The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about literacy education, early intervention, and curriculum development. ## Duties - Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs - Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) - Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process - Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a supportive learning environment - Conduct standardized testing and assessments to track student progress - Incorporate library services and Montessori principles into lesson planning ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's degree preferred - IN state certification in Special Education - Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Proficiency in curriculum development and literacy education - Knowledge of early intervention strategies and best practices in special education ##Benefits - Day 1 Health Benefits - Weekly Pay - Referral Bonus - Assistance with Licensure Join our team and make a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs!
