Key Duties: Design and deliver Individual Learning Plans tailored to support students with diverse learning needs Provide differentiated instruction and modify curriculum to ensure accessibility and engagement for all students Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and external professionals to implement inclusive teaching strategies Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and report on individual achievement and development goals Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student independence, self-regulation, and social development Skills & Experience: Hold formal primary or secondary teaching qualification Special Education studies desirable, but not essential Proven teaching experience within NSW schools Current and valid NESA registration A valid Working with Children Check for employment Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia Able to provide two professional references from an educational setting Offering: Full time Special Education teacher Commencing Term 3, 2025 Permanent, ongoing position Access to regular professional development opportunities Competitive salary aligned with experience: $90,000 - $130,000 + superannuation
