The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with diverse learning needs and a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.

*Responsibilities* - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students - Conduct and interpret standardized testing to assess students' progress - Provide speech therapy and behavioral therapy as needed - Work with students on the autism spectrum and other special needs - Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other educators - Create and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of each student - Incorporate physical education and Montessori principles into lesson plans

*Skills* - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to individual student needs - Knowledge of IEP development and implementation - Familiarity with speech therapy techniques - Ability to conduct standardized testing and interpret results - Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues - Understanding of behavioral therapy strategies for children with special needs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
