Position Overview: Lead and manage an Intensive Learning Support (ILS) classroom for 3rd-6th grade students. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet the unique academic and developmental needs of students with disabilities. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Document and maintain records of student progress, attendance, and behavior in compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania Instructional I or Instructional II Certificate with a Special Education endorsement (Required) Experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
