Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs, creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
Adapt instructional methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
Provide direct instruction and support in academic, social, and behavioral skills
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other support staff
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification with appropriate special education endorsement
Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Employment Type:
Full-time or Part-time (depending on school needs)
