Special Education Teacher (Grades 9-12) - Life Skills & Inclusion Support

Location: Lakeville, MA Pay Rate: $58/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 2025-2026 School Year

Connected Health Care is seeking two qualified Special Education Teachers to support high school students in Lakeville, MA for the 2025-2026 school year. These full-time, onsite positions offer a chance to join a collaborative and student-centered team.

Openings Include: Life Skills Classroom (Grades 9-12): Work with students in a life skills setting, focusing on functional academics, daily living skills, and individualized support.

Inclusion Support (Grade 11): Provide in-class support to students with IEPs in general education classrooms, with a focus on collaboration and academic modifications. Position Details: Full-time, onsite schedule
