Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based opening in Bristol, NH .

Position Details: Start Date: September 2, 2025

Hourly Rate: $55/hour

Caseload: Approximately 20 students

Grade Levels: K-2 inclusion setting

Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Program Type: General inclusion (not a specialized program) Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Deliver direct instruction and support in inclusive classrooms

Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

Monitor student progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals

Create a supportive learning environment for all students Requirements: New Hampshire Special Education Certification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field

Experience supporting students in inclusion classrooms

Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
