Position: Special Education Teacher

Location:  Golden, CO

Contract Length:  25-26' School Year

Compensation:  Up to $55/hr based on experience

Job Description:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Create and maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment. Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students' success. Monitor and assess students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed. Provide emotional and behavioral support to students. Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Education and Certification Requirements:

All candidates must have Colorado Department of Education licenses, or be able to prove that licensure is pending.
