Hourly Compensation: $50/hr

Connected Health Care is hiring a Special Education Teacher to join an Educational Services client in New Milford, CT .

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for students with special needs

Utilize behavioral supports and differentiated instruction to engage learners

Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families

Monitor and track student progress toward IEP goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

Connecticut Special Education Teaching Certification required

Experience working with students with disabilities

Knowledge of IEPs, behavioral supports, and instructional accommodations
