Job Responsibilities
Provide individualized and group instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support teams to promote student success
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Adapt instructional materials and methods to meet student needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
Valid Oregon Teaching License with Special Education endorsement
Prior experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
A strong passion for helping every student reach their full potential

Length : 36 weeks
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation : Up to $1,875 weekly or $50/hr, based on experience
