Job Description:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each student's unique needs are met Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to engage and motivate students Monitor student progress through ongoing assessment and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field IL teaching certification in Special Education Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
