Job Responsibilities

Provide individualized and group instruction to students with a range of disabilities

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with team members

Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly

Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field

Valid Oregon Teaching License with Special Education endorsement

Previous experience working with children with disabilities preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Passion for making a difference in the lives of students

Length : 36 weeks

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation : Up to $50/hr, depending on experience
