Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teacher (SEB) Location: Fridley, MN Area Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite (1.0 FTE) Grade Levels: Middle/Intermediate School (Grades 5-8) School Year: 20252026 Company: Soliant Education Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher with a focus on Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) instruction to join a supportive school team in the Fridley, MN area. This is a full-time, onsite position working with students primarily diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD). The role is based at the middle/intermediate school level and will begin in the 2025/2026 school year. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and deliver direct instruction in social, emotional, and behavioral skills Conduct formative assessments and monitor student progress to guide instruction Complete social, emotional, and behavioral assessments as part of triannual special education evaluations Consult regularly with general education and special education staff to support student needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation Participate in IEP and evaluation summary meetings Perform other related duties as assigned by the school or program supervisor Qualifications and Requirements: Must hold a current Minnesota teaching license in one of the following areas: Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD) Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) Academic and Behavioral Strategist (ABS) Experience developing and implementing direct instruction in social, emotional, and behavioral areas Demonstrated ability to use behavior management techniques and evidence-based interventions Knowledge of due process, assessments, and current trends in special education Experience with standardized assessment tools Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or assist in lifting adult-sized body weight with two-to-three-person lift as needed Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $35$50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits Include: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay How to Apply: Apply NOW to be considered for this opportunity with Soliant Education.
