Soliant Education | 2025-2026 School Year | Contract Position Soliant Education is seeking two dedicated and qualified Special Education Teachers for full-time, onsite roles near Bristow, Oklahoma. These are contract positions for the 2025-2026 school year, with excellent benefits and weekly pay. Both positions require working with students in a resource classroom setting and providing pullout services as needed. Position 1: Special Education Teacher (Grades 79) Schedule: Full-time (3540 hours per week)
Caseload: Approximately 25 students
Setting: Primarily resource classroom
Services: Pullout support may be required based on student needs
Position 2: Special Education Teacher (Grades 1012) Schedule: Full-time (3540 hours per week)
Caseload: Approximately 25 students
Setting: Primarily resource classroom
Services: Pullout support may be required based on student needs
Pay Range: $30$38 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Start Date: August 5, 2025 Requirements: Mild to Moderate Special Education Teaching Certification (Oklahoma)
Provisional certifications accepted if the candidate completes a required boot camp prior to start date
Experience in resource classroom settings preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals
Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide support and intervention for students with mild to moderate disabilities
Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning
