Soliant is currently seeking qualified and dedicated Special Education Teachers for a variety of classroom settings across both elementary and middle school campuses. These full-time positions support students with diverse academic, behavioral, and functional needs through structured, inclusive, and specialized programming.

Inclusion (Math & ELA content support)
Required Certifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of two active Texas teaching certifications:
EC12 Special Education (required for all positions)
And one of the following:
EC6 Core Subjects (for elementary assignments)
48 Generalist (for middle school assignments)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals
Provide accommodations and modifications in general and special education settings
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and campus teams
Manage behavior plans and provide proactive behavioral supports as needed
Monitor student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to collaborative educational planning
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
Strong classroom and behavior management skills
A student-centered, team-oriented approach
Clear communication skills with families, staff, and students
Familiarity with inclusive practices and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS/PBIS)
