Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full timeK/1 SPED Resource Teacher to support students in Kindergarten and 1st Grade within a resource room setting. The teacher will provide specialized instruction and support to young learners with disabilities, helping them build foundational academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on students' IEP goals.
Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate the needs of diverse learners.
Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families to support student success and inclusion.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress reporting.
Foster a supportive and structured learning environment that encourages growth and independence.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred)
Minnesota State Licensure in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
Schedule and Location:
Work will be based on-site in Newport, MN
Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar (September 2, 2025 - June 5, 2025)
