Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teacher (Middle School) Location: Kelso, OR Area Company: Soliant Education Contract Dates: August 25, 2025 June 11, 2026 Schedule: Full-time Pay Rate: $40$55 per hour Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school team in the Kelso, OR area for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a middle school caseload. Position Details: Grade Levels: 6th 8th Grade Caseload Type: Social-emotional behavior regulation Disability Severity: Mixed mild to moderate Class Size: Up to 10 students Work Environment: Onsite only Licensure: TSP (Teacher Standards and Practices Commission) License required Special Education Endorsement preferred Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs Provide direct instruction in academic and behavioral support areas Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Create and maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment Support students in developing social-emotional regulation skills Requirements: Valid TSPC License (required) Special Education Endorsement (preferred) Prior experience in a school-based setting (preferred) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage a small classroom with a range of behavioral and academic needs Benefits Offered: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Apply NOW to join a dedicated team making a real impact.
