Special Education Teacher (Onsite - Middle School) Location: Castle Rock, CO Area Company: Soliant Education Contract Term: 2025-2026 School Year Soliant Education is now hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to support a middle school in the Castle Rock, CO area. This is an onsite, contract position for the 2025-2026 school year. We are seeking a dedicated educator with the proper credentials who is passionate about supporting students with special needs. Position Details: Start Date: August 15, 2025 End Date: May 21, 2026 Schedule: Full Time 37.5 hours/week Grade Level: Middle School Pay Rate: $33.50 - $46.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs Provide direct instruction in both individual and group settings Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure student success Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Requirements: Must hold an active Colorado Teaching License with the appropriate Special Education endorsement Applications cannot be considered if only a substitute or temporary license is held unless the SPED license with correct endorsement has already been applied for Prior experience in a school setting preferred Ability to pass background and reference checks Benefits Offered: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Apply NOW!
